Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed and shipped within 10 business days after payment is confirmed.
We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

2. Shipping Location & Delivery Time

We ship from Yiwu, China to the United States.
Estimated delivery time after shipment:
15–35 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs inspection, international transit, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons. We are not responsible for any shipping delays.

3. Shipping Fee

Standard shipping to the United States:
$19.99 flat rate for all orders.
No free shipping service is provided.

4. Tracking Information

Tracking numbers will be updated within 24–48 hours after shipping.

5. Shipping Address

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses.
We will not be liable for lost, undelivered, or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect address information.

6. Customs & Import Duties

Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and other fees charged by U.S. Customs and relevant government agencies.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

Please contact us within 45 days of shipping date if your package is lost or damaged.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
